Do you offer Duty Free?

Yes, we can offer duty free pricing for our new Handmakes. We even arrange for the Handmake to be collected from the Airport so you can enjoy your new piece on holiday.

What is your Guarantee?

All our workmanship is guaranteed for 3 months, if something should happen during that time, bring the item back and we will repair the fault.

Is the work carried out onsite?

99% of the work is carried out onsite in our purpose built workshop. Some more specialist work we send to our partners to complete.

Do you do valuations?

No we dont. We recommend to have an independant do any valuations which we can arrange for you. This is to ensure you are getting a fair and accurate valuation.

Do you fix Watches?

Not at this time.

Is my Jewellery safe while in your custody?

Yes! We have a fully secured workshop with multiple levels of security in place. All Jewellery is also fully insured while on premises.

Can I design my own Ring?

Absolutley! We specialise in bringing your idea to life. It all starts by booking in a free consultation with one of our Design Consultants, from there we will work up designs based on your feedback and start crafting your dream.

How long does it take?

Usually the whole process will take around 3-4 weeks. This includes the consultation at the begining.
